McPhaul CDL- Parent Access Badge ($30). Please email headshot photo to ugacard@uga.edu & include your name and Order Number. The staff at McPhaul needs to have already submitted a request for a UGA ID number to the OneCard Office before a badge can be issued. If this process has been completed, but you do not have your ID number, please contact us at ugacard@uga.edu or 706-542-9226.

If you already have an ID with the "LEAF" designation on the back of the card, you only need to order the $10 name tag.
