Scholar - ISCF – Primarily outside funding: You must pay this fee if your academic program at UGA is primarily funded by outside financial sources, NOT UGA. Your program is primarily funded by outside resources if more than 50% of your total estimated costs per year, as listed on your DS-2019 form, are paid by agencies or organizations other than UGA, or are provided by your own personal financial resources. Refunds are not allowed unless the fee is assessed in error.
