The Pre-Professional Advising Office will use your logo on our tent cards for your table at the Health Professions Fair.

This year, to align with our students’ current academic and career planning needs, priority placement in the main exhibit hall will be given to health professions programs located within the United States.

Caribbean schools, international institutions, master’s programs, and businesses are welcome to complete the waitlist form for the main hall. As space allows, these programs may be offered placement in an adjacent overflow area.

Please note: NO CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEES FOR CUSTOMER. The customer will not be charged any additional fees for paying with a credit card. Your card will only be charged for the registeration fee. The Pre-Professional Advising Office covers the credit card sales fee.

Please note, credit card payment registrations are processed daily. The registration and payment deadline is Thursday, February 12, 2026.

If your  representative(s) can no longer attend the Health Professions Fair, please contact ptolbert@uga.edu by Thursday, February 12, 2026  to allow the opportunity to finalize our arrangements for this event, as we are maintaining a waiting/cancellation list for schools seeking to attend the fair.

Full refunds will be provided to health programs that cancel their registration by February 11, 2026, and then the refund will be processed based on the schedule that follows.

• For cancellations between Wednesday, May 7, 2025 and Wednesday, February 11, 2026, a 100% full refund will be issued.
• For cancellations betweeen Thursday, February 12, 2026 , and Friday, February 20, 2026, a 50% refund will be issued.
• For cancellations between Saturday, February 21, 2026 and Thursday, February 26, 2026, no refund will be issued.
