This year, to align with our students’ current academic and career planning needs, priority placement in the main exhibit hall will be given to health professions programs located within the United States.
Caribbean schools, international institutions, master’s programs, military units, and businesses are welcome to complete the waitlist form for the main hall. As space allows, these programs may be offered placement in an adjacent overflow area.

If you are interested in participating in the UGA Health Professions Fair and are not a professional health degree program, fill out the waitlist form. We will contact you if space is available in the overflow area.
Please use this form to upload your school logo.We will use your official logo in materials to advertise your participation in the UGA Health Professions Fair including the table tent that will identify your table at the fair. Keep in mind, you may also bring your own tablecloth or runner for your table as well. The table will be 6 foot in length.
Please note: NO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES FOR CUSTOMER. The customer will not be charged any processing fees for paying with a credit card. Your card will only be charged for the registeration fee. The Pre-Professional Advising Office covers the credit card sales processing fee.

The registration payment deadline will be Monday, January 25, 2027 to reserve your table. If your payment is not received by January 25, 2027, your registration will be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the Pre-Professional Advising Office and your table will be offered to another health program on the waitlist. Health Programs with more than 2 representatives in attendence will be required to pay an additional $275.00 fee for a 2nd table with 2 chairs. This fee will cover additional costs related to facilty rental fees, additional meals and parking validations.
If your representative(s) can no longer attend the Health Professions Fair, please contact ptolbert@uga.edu promptly to allow the opportunity to finalize our arrangements for this event. We are maintaining a waiting/cancellation list for schools seeking to attend the fair.
Full refunds will be provided to health programs that cancel their registration by January 25, 2027, and then the refund will be processed based on the schedule that follows.
