For in-person workshops:
1. Workshop space is limited and may fill up before registration closes. Seats are reserved only upon receipt of paid registration. After we confirm your eligibility we will send you a confirmation letter, detailed agenda, and directions to the workshop location. 2. Attendance all day, both days is required to complete the workshop. Your registration fee covers training by experienced professionals, materials, lunches, and refreshment breaks. 3. In-Person Workshop Cancellation and Refund policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received before registration closes for your selected workshop. Registrants who fail to attend or send an eligible substitute will not be refunded. Workshops with fewer than 15 registrations by 5:00 pm on the registration deadline will be cancelled and refunded. For virtual workshops: 1. Each registrant must have internet access and an individual email address in order to participate. 2. Time allowed to complete all workshop requirements is open until the posted deadline (November 30th). Within this time limit each participant must view all education modules in their entirety and pass all quizzes with a score of 80% or better. 3. Virtual Workshop Cancellation and Refund policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received before the start date of your selected workshop (typically beginning of the month). Registrants are not eligible for a refund after the start date of the selected workshop.
