Full refunds will be provided to law programs that cancel their registration by  and then the refund will be processed based on the schedule that follows.
The Pre-Professional Advising Office will use your logo on our tent cards for your table at the Health Professions Fair.
This year, to align with our students’ current academic and career planning needs, priority placement in the main exhibit hall will be given to health professions programs located within the United States.
Caribbean schools, international institutions, master’s programs, and businesses are welcome to complete the waitlist form for the main hall. As space allows, these programs may be offered placement in an adjacent overflow area.

The registration payment deadline will be Monday, January 25, 2027 to reserve your table. If your payment is not received by January 25, 2027, your registeration will be subject to cancellation and your spot will be offered to a program on the waitlist. Health Programs with more than 2 representatives in attendence will be required to pay an additional $275.00 fee for a 2nd table with 2 chairs. This fee will cover additional costs related to facilty rental fees, additional meals and parking validations.
