Customer has UGACard Office permission to use and reprint photograph at will when purchasing the digital copy.

Photograph will be emailed to customer.

PHOTOS ARE SAVED BY MYID USERNAME. Please provide MYID in email field on order form.

$15.00 covers one pose and you will receive multiple copies in different cropped sizes. Additional poses are $15.00 each.

Printed professional headshot photos are available as one (1) 4"x6", two (2) 2"x3", or two (2) passport size 2"x2".
