ELEVATE Couple Workbooks (set of 20)

ELEVATE is a couples education curriculum that blends practical skills with an understanding of the physiology of human interaction to enhance relationships. Developed by the University of Georgia and Auburn University, this 8-12 hour, research-informed and evidence-based curriculum engages couples in learning and practicing the core principles/skills essential to maintaining healthy and stable relationships.
