UGA OneCard

The UGA OneCard is the official Identification Card for all of the University of Georgia campuses. It is also your access card for dining meal plans, University Housing access, and buildings, labs, and other UGA facilities.

The OneCard Office does not assign or grant access to any facilities. Access is managed locally by your department.

As of March 2021, "proximity card" access was disabled on campus and replaced with the UGA OneCard, which contains a programmable smart chip that allows for "tap" access to door readers.

If you have a photo on file, but wish to update it, please do NOT submit your order unless you are ready to email us your new photo IMMEDIATELY. If you delay and we print your new card with your existing photo on file, we will NOT reprint your card for you except at your expense ($30.00).

By completing the order process, I certify that I am, or will be, a student enrolled in classes, an employee of the University of Georgia, a legal dependent of a current employee, or am affiliated with the University of Georgia in another official capacity. Giving false or incomplete information in the completion of this form may be considered a falsification of University records and disciplinary action shall be taken.
