Sanitation Workshop - Fall 2026

This full-day practical training course equips food industry personnel with essential sanitation and food safety skills for manufacturing environments. It blends regulatory requirements with real-world case studies and hands-on learning to support effective application on the job.

The course covers key topics including food microbiology, cleaning and sanitation principles, environmental monitoring programs, verification and validation systems, and allergen control. Special emphasis is placed on preventing cross-contact and implementing allergen-specific cleaning procedures.
