Undergrad Symposium (Classic City)

February 13, 2027
The Classic City Conducting Symposium is an exciting workshop for undergrad music education students who want to level up their conducting skills and get real-world teaching experience. It’s the perfect chance for up-and-coming educators to get hands-on training while learning from experienced conductors and top-notch faculty. Participants will get to conduct ensembles, dive into instructional rounds, and receive personalized feedback from expert clinicians. Whether you're looking to sharpen your technique or boost your confidence, this program will give you the tools you need to lead your own groups and inspire your future students. Auditors are also welcome to join in on all activities—just without the podium time—so they can learn by watching, listening, and engaging in discussions.
