2026 Creative Explorers Summer Day Camp Payment

Please submit payment AFTER you have completed the initial registration form for each child (https://forms.gle/Pfh759xJ2EBp4GTF7).

If you are registering more than one child in your household, there will be a $25 sibling discount for each child. Please email Tabatha.Minish@uga.edu before making payment for the special discount code.

After April 15th, if you are a UGA employee, please reach out to Tabatha.Minish@uga.edu for a $50 discount code. This discount can NOT be used if you are using the sibling discount or paying during the early bird discount.

You may submit a single payment for multiple sessions/campers using the "Quantity" function. Please choose the correct quantity for number of weeks and number of children.

To add Extended Care (Early Drop Off 8am-9am/Late Pick up 4pm-5pm), pay here. The cost is $50/week and includes both Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up.

If you have any questions,please email us (kids@uga.edu) and we will be happy to help! If you have applied for a scholarship, you will be contacted by our team by May 28, 2026 with a notification. At that time, you will be prompted to pay a non refunadable $25/week deposit to hold your child's spot.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to kids@uga.edu and will be processed based on their receipt date and time. Phone calls or voicemails will not result in cancellation until they are confirmed with you by our staff via email. Our cancellation policy strictly adheres to the following guidelines:

Requests for cancellation received at least 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp session will receive a full refund, minus a standard cancellation processing fee ($25 per camp + per canceled session).

Requests for cancellation requests made less than 4 weeks from the start date of your camp session will not be eligible for a refund. Considerations will only be made for extenuating medical circumstances (requiring a written medical excuse note from a licensed physician).

The Torrance Center reserves the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for costs related to travel to and from the program.
