Georgia Law Symposium - UGA Law School and UGA undergraduate community

The GLR Vol. 59 Symposium, titled “A Nation of States: State Constitutional Rights in the Modern Era,” will take place on March 21, 2025. The Symposium will feature experienced panelists discussing the history of states’ constitutional rights, current discourse on state constitutional rights, and the interpretative methodologies for state constitutions, as well as a special presentation by Professor Robert Williams, former director of the Center for State Constitutional Studies at Rutgers. 

The keynote address will take place on March 20, 2025 at 5PM in the Hatton Lovejoy Courtroom, presented by Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
