2025 UGA Health Professions Fair Registration for Professional School Health Programs

For Professional Health School Programs:
Your registration fee of $250.00 for the UGA Health Professions Fair on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 11:30AM-3:30PM (Eastern Time) will include 1- 6 foot table located inside Grand Hall, chairs, parking, and lunch for up to 2 representatives.

To register and request an invoice, please enter the promo code, HFPAYBYCHECK to submit your registration details and bypass the credit card payment screen. Your billing contact will be emailed an invoice for the $250.00 fee by Pamela Tolbert (PTOLBERT@UGA.EDU).

The registration payment deadline will be Friday, February 7, 2025 for Health programs  that receive an Invoice, but the payment may be submitted during the registration period (April 12, 2024 to February 7, 2025) to reserve your table at the Fair. Full refunds will be provided to health programs that cancel their registration by February 6, 2025, and then the refund will be processed based on the schedule that follows.

Health Fair Registration Fee Refund Schedule

• For cancellations between Monday, April 15, 2024 and Thursday, February 6, 2025, a 100% full refund will be issued.
• For cancellations betweeen Friday,February 7, 2025, and Friday, February 21, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued.
• For cancellations between Saturday, February 22, 2025 and Thursday, February 27, 2025, no refund will be issued.
